Kyung Hee astronomical observatory was established in 1992 to support astronomical research. The observatory is equipped with a 76cm reflector, which is one of largest among Korean universities, and also has other observational equipments like the spectrometer, the 1k x 1k CCD, etc. It also has an exhibition space to provide various education programs for students and the local communities.
